It is nice to know I'll meet the boy face-to-face within a week. However, we would much prefer that he come naturally. We appreciate your prayers that the labor process start naturally and our little guy comes out safe and healthy.

I went to the doctor's office today and apparently our son really likes it in the womb. I am only 1 cm dilated and not at all effaced. This might have caused me tears but I have hope in the fact that we have an end date. If he doesn't come naturally this week they will start the induction process Sunday night and I should deliver on Monday.

Hang in there! Being overdue is no fun at all. Eliora was 8 days late, but I did go into labor naturally a day before they were going to induce. -Rhiannon
Keep in mind that some women just don't dilate until they are in labor (Like me). God designed your body to this. Trust God, trust your body- You can do this! You get to meet your baby so soon!
Oh Anna, I remember this with Danika...the last week of waiting is the worst! But once you hold him in your arms your days of waiting will be long forgotten!
