Friday Favorites

Mama Sparrow - I am incredibly excited to share this little treasure with y'all. My girlfriends and I originally found this little book at Anthropologie and we each had to get one. It's a series of questions to ask your kids. There are 365 questions - one each day- but you repeat them over three years. So you can see your kids answers change from 2013-2014-2015. So fun, right?! And, since buying it, I found you can get it for less money off of Amazon. Yay! (ps. there is no need to start on January 1st - you can jump in anytime) Q & A a Day for Kids: A Three-Year Journal Some of the questions are a bit too difficult for Landon but I'm able to reword them in a fashion that he can ususally understand. We've been doing "Questions" for the past few months and are really enjoying it.

Papa Sparrow - Is excited that we have finally seen some decent movies. There is a RedBox right down the street from our house so we enjoy watching movies together after the boys are in bed. But the last few months we've really felt like we've been striking out and it was one bad flick after the next. Then, last week, we had two winners in a row: We both really liked Argo (2012) and we enjoyed Zero Dark Thirty as well.

Baby Sparrow's favorite pacifiers are Dr. Brown's Pacifier with Handle, 6-18 Months And his newest Big Boy trick is flinging them out of his crib at bedtime. Which is cute and all  - except he can't sleep without one. Hmmmm.

And Big Brother Sparrow is pretty excited to celebrate his birthday on Monday. So these days it's been all about birthday gift lists. Many of his top choices include all things Spiderman (Spider Man Hero Action Figure - AF SPIDERMAN Batman, Cars, Legos and Monster Trucks.
