While everyone else enjoys pumpkin lattes, colorful leaves, pumpkin bread,spiced chai, pumpkin muffins, apple crisp, the pumpkin patch, cozy sweaters, and cool crisp fall air we are loving the beautiful Indian Summer we always get here on the coast.
It's amazing to me how many people claim fall is there favorite season.
I like fall. it's great. All the wonderful things I listed above, plus cute kids in Halloween costumes, and Thanksgiving dinner. But summer is where it's at. Summer will always be my first love. Sun, beach, waves, BBQ's, campouts. I heart summer. Fall, however, gets my eternal gratitude for buffering us between summer and winter. How awful would it be to go straight from summer into winter?! So for that reason alone I love you second best Fall.
