Bru in Boulder

Our last full night in Colorado and we finally found culinary excellence.

We've eaten some good meals and had some great beer but nothing compares to the dining experience we had tonight at the new Bru in Boulder. 

This place does it all - brews delicious fermented beverages, crafts homemade cheeses, cures their own meats, churned homemade icecream ( we had the ginger- date), cooks incredible pizzas and creates mouth-watering entrees. 

We feasted! 

All was nearly lost when Parker started screeching just a few moments after being seated and it didn't look like he was going to stop. But after eating half a crayon and a few slices of homemade sourdough (they do that too!) he settled down and we were able to enjoy am amazing meal. 

RJ and I left inspired. I'm dreaming of my own restaurant again.
