RJ and I started a 6 week birth class last week. While we've been learning alot the absolute best part of class are the other parents/coaches. Since most of the population has babies you end up with an eccentric mix of people. We really hit the jackpot with our group - there is much laughing in our car on the way home as we analyze the different couples.
last week was our first class. We were asked to introduce ourselves and our coaches/partners. Everyone had to answer the same two questions: "What's been the best part of pregnancy?" and "What's been the worst part."
My favorite was couple #1.
Her
The best part - I'm going to be a mommy.
The worst part - Nothing. I've been blissed out the entire time.
Him
The best part - I'm going to be a dad.
The worst part - I have to do this all again since it isn't a boy.
Akward.

First of all, I am glad to see you married a talented guy.
Second of all, I am so happy you are having a baby. I hope the pictures you took from the roof were pre-pregnancy!
FInally, I am glad to see that your blog description says you love Jesus. That makes me happy.
I hope you guys are well. We are living in England, where Cynthia is working on her PHD and I am a youth leader. We miss the States but wouldn't trade it for anything. Okay...maybe an In-N-Out Burger.
